In order to support Scaleway's ambitious international growth strategy, the Marketing team is recruiting a Field Marketing Manager to coordinate and strengthen our marketing activities in the EMEA region, influencing revenue via tradeshows & meetups.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate event coordinator who is interested in building a career in field marketing, increasing sales pipeline and having a clear impact on revenue generation.

Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, you’ll contribute to the team’s mission of influencing revenue through field initiatives, while improving processes to make our field marketing initiatives naturally scalable. We’ll count on you to ramp up quickly by supporting our internationalization strategy to increase the volume of leads in new markets, and by engaging with our core developer audience with authentic experiences.

Profil recherché

  • Drive lead generation and account creation through field-marketing initiatives across Europe
  • Research event partnership opportunities and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Oversee event logistics - coordinate with event producers, manage suppliers, work closely with our Design and Corporate Communication teams, coordinate teams on the field
  • Align with growth & sales stakeholders to make sure we reach out to relevant attendees ahead of time through ads, emails, and personalized outreach
  • Report on the impact of events, including pre-event outreach, event engagement, and post-event follow-up
  • Amplify product launches by identifying relevant field opportunities aligned with our product roadmap
  • Set & maintain ambitious OKRs that draw a direct line between your the impact of your work and the company's growth strategy
  • Challenge yourself to grow into the role that Scaleway will need you to play tomorrow by pursuing continuous professional development

  • You have previous experience in events organization, ideally in the tech ecosystem, and coordinating different stakeholders
  • You are creative and passionate about facilitating authentic connections between Scaleway and our ecosystem
  • Thanks to your excellent interpersonal and communication skills,  you enjoy working with multiple teams
  • A natural problem solver, you are very organized and detail oriented
  • You have a good knowledge of design tools
  • You are comfortable with technically diverse products, terminology & industry players
  • Being accountable for growth of self-serve revenue and/or sales pipeline motivates you
  • You thrive in an environment that favors autonomy
  • Frequent work-related travels are not a problem to you, you’re actually looking forward to it!
  • You are fully proficient in English, and you are fluent in French
