About the job

As part of our Talent Acquisition Team, you're charged with hiring the most interesting candidates who bring a mindset of continuous improvement to all that they do. You're responsible for leading the recruitment process for our candidates and being the face of our company to potential recruits.

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will work closely with the Technical Teams and you’ll be their number one coach to guide them through the Scaleway way by creating scorecards, hiring dashboards, analytics and continuously improving the way we work.

You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Scaleway through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

Profil recherché

  • Experience in hiring technical profiles globally
  • Ability to be totally autonomous with your designated teams
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Experience in a similar role, at least for the past 3 years
  • Very good command of English and French

  • Define the recruitment needs of your designated teams
  • Identify potential candidates and build a pipeline of talents
  • Lead the recruitment process with the hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies (when needed)

  • This position can be either: 
    - Based in our offices in Paris or Lille, partial/full remote is possible (France)
    - Fully remote in Europe

    Salary Range
    43,000 - 56,000 EUR per year
