The Excellence team is growing, and we are looking for a Technical Account Manager to improve the customer experience and personalized support.

Reporting to Pierre-Antoine Paganelli, you will be in direct contact with our developers, the Customer Success Manager and the Sales team, and your mission will be to ensure customer satisfaction and create loyalty for our top customers. 

Profil recherché

  • Very good command of English
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of the cloud environment
  • Advanced knowledge of hardware, software and network dimensions

  • Technical management of a portfolio of clients with a specific service level
  • Show proactivity and reactivity to the request of the clients under your responsibility, in accordance with our SLAs
  • Manage the activity surrounding our Business clients (onboarding, operational activity, growth, new requirements, reporting)
  • Act as a privileged contact for our biggest accounts in case of an incident
  • Work hand in hand with our Sales teams to make sure of customer satisfaction and of PoC success.

  • Localisation:

    This position can be either: 
    - Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial/full remote is possible
    - Fully remote in Europe
